What?
What is your objective, why are you writing the copy and how does it link with your communication strategy?
Who?
Who is your audience and how will they access your copy (website, social media platform etc)? How will your tone be influenced by who will read your copy?

What format will your copy take? Is it authentic and plausible? Is it written clearly and concisely?
Once you have figured out the above, it is time to write. Copywriting is all about persuading someone to take an action, so how do you write persuasively enough to engage your audience and encourage them to act?
