Are you starting out in your charity marcomms career? Or perhaps you're a new manager?
Whatever stage of your career you find yourself in, you can book peer support sessions with Laura May from Tiptoe Training for support and guidance.
What is peer support?
Peer support is a process where people with similar experiences share knowledge, learning and practical assistance. It also involves emotional support, so you have someone by your side when you're facing challenges.
How can peer support help?
Peer support is often used in health or social care settings, to offer people with similar experiences an opportunity to connect and support one another.
At Tiptoe Training, we believe that people working in charity marketing or communications roles can often feel isolated - that's why we use this model to offer support to people in these roles.
Our peer support sessions can help you
Build your confidence
Develop your knowledge and skills
Find solutions to marcomms challenges
Have time and space to discuss your work
